How We Bring Your Industrial Display to Life
VertiModel manages the entire process from requirements and display planning to physical model fabrication, digital content development, system integration, quality inspection, and global delivery.
01. Understanding Needs
Clarify What Needs to Be Shown
We start by understanding your product, how it works, and what your audience needs to see and understand.
Together, we clarify the key features to highlight, model size or scale, display environment, destination, and project timeline. CAD files, technical drawings, product photos, or other reference materials can be provided at this stage, but complete engineering files are not required to begin the discussion.

02. Solution Planning
Plan the Complete Display
We plan the physical model, display hardware, lighting, digital content, and interaction as one complete presentation system.
At this stage, we define the overall dimensions, model structure, key visible details, screen content, lighting logic, and installation requirements. The goal is to confirm not only how the model will look, but how every element will work together to communicate your product clearly.
Once the concept is approved, drawings and visual references provide a shared foundation for production.

03. Parallel Production
Physical + Digital in Parallel
Physical fabrication and digital content development begin in parallel once the concept is approved.
The model team works on CAD preparation, component fabrication, assembly, finishing, and lighting, while the digital team develops product animations, application scenarios, process visualization, or other screen content.
Developing both sides together shortens the overall project timeline and allows model geometry, camera views, animation sequences, and lighting effects to remain aligned throughout production.

04. System Integration
Bring Everything Together
Once the main components are ready, we integrate the model, lighting, LED/LCD displays, media systems, digital content, and interactive controls into one complete display.
We test installation, power management, screen playback, lighting effects, interaction logic, and content synchronization together, followed by continuous operation testing to verify that the complete system performs reliably before delivery.

05. Quality Inspection
Verify Every Detail
Before delivery, the complete display is reviewed against the approved project specifications.
We check model proportions and structures, component completeness, paint and finishes, labels and graphics, lighting, display performance, digital content, and overall system operation. Photos or videos can also be provided for final review before shipment where appropriate.

06. Global Delivery
Protected for Shipping
After final approval, the complete system is packed for safe international transport using custom flight cases, protective cushioning, and secure internal supports.
For displays intended for repeated exhibitions or roadshows, packaging can also be designed around repeated packing, fast unpacking, and efficient on-site setup—so the case becomes part of the long-term exhibition workflow rather than single-use shipping protection. The finished project can then be delivered to your designated destination worldwide.
