Technical Scale Models for Plastic Injection Molding Machines

Plastic machinery manufacturers and factory automation suppliers often find it difficult to ship multi-ton injection molding equipment to overseas exhibitions or prospective client offices. A physical 3D scale model offers a practical, cost-optimized alternative for engineering presentations, international project bidding, and trade show displays.

This display prototype brings a complete Automated Injection Molding Production Line Layout into a compact space. The model clearly visualizes the mechanical structure of the main injection molding press, the material hopper feed system, localized hydraulic and electrical control enclosures, and the integrated robot arm picking mechanism in the foreground. It allows engineering teams to explain component placement, space utilization, and automated material handling workflows directly to global procurement managers.
